No, we do not require a minimum order quantity to place an order.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $20. Shipping is free if your order reaches/exceeds the $1000 subtotal.

You must have your order placed and paid for same-day shipping.

Valor Distributions covers items experiencing a manufacturer defect, or are DOA ( Dead on arrival). To RMA an item, it must be claimed within 30 days of selling it to the end customer. Remember that original packaging must be kept for all warranty claims. Products without original packaging and serial number are not eligible for warranty.

Please note that all hardware is final sale and Valor will only accept returns on Defective Hardware. Any items purchased from the Clearance section or sale section are not eligible for warranty. Items ordered incorrectly by the vendor, please do your due diligence and review orders before submitting and review final invoices before shipment is sent out.
